Yellow Nephrite Jade Archaic Mask Plaque Pair

Sold together as one pair. US$1,080 is the price for both plaques.

Warm yellow nephrite jade lends a quiet richness to this matching pair of carved plaques. Placed side by side, the two pieces form a symmetrical, archaic-style beast-mask design, framed by openwork scrolls and raised circular details.

The jade is fine and smooth in texture, with a rich, oil-like luster that highlights the flowing carved lines. A distinctive pair for a personal jade collection.
